Our Process

At Commercial Finance123, we like to keep it very simple and transparent. With so many lenders out there, you can get drawn into an expensive process with no end result. It can be hard to choose the right lender for you without expert, impartial advise.

Initial Chat

Firstly make contact via our contact form or phone Sean Corbett directly.

We will have an initial conversation via phone/Zoom or Teams. At this point, you will know if there is a product/home for your funding proposal.

Paperwork Assessment

Once we agree to move forward there is a €300 assessment fee to go over all paperwork typically needed by a funder to ensure funding will happen before you enter the expense of legal work, valuations, etc., required by the funder.

03.

Funding Agreement

Once outline terms are agreed with a funder and term sheet issued, we will do a formal funding agreement of fees to be charged and when they will be charged. Typically, there is a small commitment fee followed by a closing fee once you are in possession of loan proceeds.

Usually, our fee is 1%/1.5% of loan depending on loan size.
